675 N Highland is a fabulous place to live in a great Atlanta neighborhood. There are very few modern apartments in the VaHi/Poncey Highlands area and this place is a true gem. Great amenities and really nice staff. The phase 2 building at 664 Seminole has amazing units with huge bathtubs, bedroom ceiling fans, usb outlets, and floor to ceiling windows. The trash concierge and on-site storage units were big perks. We moved out of state, otherwise we’d stay here much longer. Highly recommend!

We have lived here for 2 years - the location is fantastic, the amenities are great (the pool!) and the support team is responsive. After years in NYC, we were delighted by how little we heard neighbors through the walls & floor/ceiling. The public school (Springdale Park) is really great - our son has thrived there.
