What will you do to prepare my apartment before I move in?

We will paint, clean and shampoo your carpets for you so that your home is as close to brand new as possible.


Do you have on-site maintenance?

Yes, we have 24 hour emergency maintenance.


What happens if i am locked out?

You will need to contact a locksmith if you have a key entry. If you have a fob entry, please call the office and one of our maintenance team members will need to assist you. You must have your ID on you and be a leaseholder.


What amenities does the property offer?

We have a pool, art room, club room with a pool table and big screen TVs and a puppy spa, amongst others!


Is your community pet-friendly?

Yes


Do you offer furnished apartments?

No


What are my options for paying my rent?

We offer online payments through our resident portal.


Which provider can I use for internet and cable?

We offer cable and internet through Xfinity.


How do I set up my utilities?

Call Georgia Power and Atlanta Natural Gas and provide your apartment number and move date


Is there public transportation within close proximity of the buildings?

Yes, Marta is 2 minute walk from the community.


How do i get to your community?

We are located on N Highland Ave which is right off of Ponce`De Leon Ave behind Urban Outfitters.


Do I have to be present for a service technician to perform work?

No


An item in my unit needs repair. How do I get help?

You can submit a work order by contacting the leasing office and speaking with someone, stopping by to see us in person, sending an email to the office staff, or logging into your portal and putting the work order in online.


Is parking available?

Yes, we have covered parking.


During which time periods are the pools and decks available for use?

It is open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.


What appliances are standard?

Our brand-new apartments include in-unit W/D, a dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator.


How long does it take for an application to be approved?

It can take anywhere from 24-72 hrs to approve an application.


Am I required to purchase renter's insurance?

Yes


If my situation changes, can I get out of my lease?

Yes, with a 60 days notice in writing to the office team, a payback any concessions that you received, and a cancellation fee equal to one month's rent.


Which utilities are included in my rent?

None, although your water, trash, pest control and sewer need to be paid with your rent.


Which school district are you in?

Atlanta Public School District
